Charlie Smith is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal & Compliance at First Eagle Investments, Charlie has founded CompliAssist and held prominent positions such as Managing Partner at OTTOMAN and in Regulatory Compliance at Mintz. Charlie also possesses expertise in corporate compliance from a tenure at Complander. Academically, Charlie is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Brooklyn Law School while holding a Bachelor's Degree in Drama with a focus on Design and Management from New York University.
