Gabriel Ulloa

Gabriel Ulloa has had a variety of roles and experiences throughout their career. Gabriel started in 2012 as a Freelance Software Engineer at Initium Software LLC, where they worked on integrating a SaaS product into different platforms and improving product performance. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Software Engineer at Initium Software LLC, focusing on product installation, improvements, and support. Additionally, during this time, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer & Sales Support, conducting research and deploying the integration of the SaaS product.

In 2015, Gabriel also took on a freelance role as a Software Engineer at Tecnología Aplicada Internacional S.A., where they implemented a C#, MVC Project for package tracking purposes.

In 2017, Gabriel joined Auxis as a Senior Software Developer, responsible for developing and supporting various platforms and web services solutions. Gabriel worked with a team of seven people and ensured planned releases throughout the year.

From 2018 to 2022, Gabriel worked at QAT Global, first as a Senior Software Developer and then as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead. In these roles, they led a group of developers and QAs, provided mentoring and training, and developed software following SOLID standards.

Most recently, in 2022, Gabriel joined First Factory as an Engineering Manager.

Overall, Gabriel Ulloa has extensive experience in software development, team leadership, project management, product integration, and support.

Gabriel Ulloa completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) from 2009 to 2013. After a gap, in 2019, they enrolled at Tecnológico de Costa Rica to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science, which is currently ongoing.
