Nathalia Hidalgo

Nathalia Hidalgo started their work experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Casa Color Sur in January 2018 and worked until March 2019. Nathalia then joined World Vision as a Human Resources Specialist in March 2019 and remained in that role until February 2021. Nathalia'sresponsibilities included managing information, using HRIS internal tools, and recruiting Administrative and Financial roles. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Recruiter at First Factory starting in February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for full cycle recruiting, sourcing and headhunting for IT profiles such as software engineers, devops, data analysts, and mobile and web developers. Nathalia also coordinates interview and hiring processes and conducts English pre-screening of potential candidates.

Nathalia Hidalgo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Nathalia attended the university from 2014 to 2017.
