Matt Baker

Matt Baker has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Matt started their career as a Financial Statement Accountant at Jeld-Wen in 2003 and then moved on to work as a Treasury Analyst at Bank of the Cascades from 2004 to 2009. Matt then joined Northwest Bank as the Controller from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Matt Baker joined First Federal Savings & Loan of McMinnville as the VP Controller and later became the EVP Chief Financial Officer in 2014.

Matt Baker graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2017, where they earned an Honors Graduate designation from the Graduate School of Banking. Prior to that, they attended Oregon State University from 1996 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
