Michael H. Head

Michael H Head has a longstanding career in banking, having joined First Federal Savings Bank in 1980 and currently serving as Chief Executive Officer since July 2004. Prior to this role, Michael served as President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2000 to July 2004. Additionally, Michael was the President and CEO of First Bancorp. of Indiana, Inc. from July 2004 to April 2021, overseeing the bank holding company for First Federal Savings Bank. Michael holds an MBA in Management and Economics from the University of Evansville and a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Southern Indiana.
