Charlie Guildner

Charlie Guildner currently serves as Senior Vice President at First Fed, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Charlie was the President and CEO of North Cascades Bank from October 2017 to April 2024 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Peoples Bank from September 2000 to September 2017. Charlie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University, obtained from 1979 to 1983, and further studies at the Pacific Coast Banking School from 2008 to 2010.
