Crystal Marvin (Radwanski) is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in digital operations, strategy, and transformation. Currently serving as SVP of Digital Operations at First Fed, Crystal directs the digital banking strategic plan and manages partnerships with FinTech firms. Previous roles include Product and Digital Solutions Manager at Peoples Bank, where Crystal oversaw retail product implementation and digital banking platforms. Additional experience encompasses risk analysis and electronic banking coordination, as well as branch management at Union Bank. Crystal holds a Business Administration Diploma from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and is currently enrolled in the Pacific Coast Banking School. Crystal completed the Executive Development Program from the Washington Bankers Association in 2018.
