Gina Balzer

Gina Balzer has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the financial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Community Development Program Manager at First Financial Bank since August 2011, Gina has also held positions as Community Development Coordinator and Learning Systems Administrator within the same organization. Prior to this, Gina worked at BAE Systems from 2008 to July 2011 as an Accounting Support Specialist, where responsibilities included accounts receivable and auditing expense reports. Earlier experience at Mercy Health Partners from February 2006 to April 2008 involved serving as a Unit Secretary. Gina holds a B.A. in International Studies, Political Science, and French from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
