Maria Hinkel

Maria Hinkel has extensive work experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal project management. Maria started their career as a corporate paralegal at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in 1999 and then worked as a paralegal at Shire Pharmaceuticals from 2002 to 2005. Maria joined Duke Energy Corporation in 2005 and held various roles, including senior paralegal, supervisor of paralegals, and supervisor of legal operations. Maria then moved to First Financial Bank in 2017, where they have worked as a legal project manager, corporate compliance officer, corporate governance officer, and currently holds the position of director of corporate governance.

Maria Hinkel completed a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies at Mount St. Joseph University between 1988 and 1992.
