Melinda Exterkamp

Melinda Exterkamp has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Melinda began their career in 2004 at The Bank of Kentucky as an Assistant Vice President, Retail Administration, and stayed there until 2012. Melinda then moved on to work at Mackey Advisors as a Lead Corporate Consultant, where they utilized their expertise in corporate finance for over a year. In 2013, Melinda joined First Financial Bank as the Client Service Center Manager, and later took on positions such as Director of BSA Operations, Director of Compliance Design, VP, and most recently, Director of Strategic Enablement, VP, where they lead and implements key initiatives that align with the company's strategic vision. Melinda's work experience demonstrates their abilities in leadership, strategic planning, and project execution.

Melinda Exterkamp completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General at Northern Kentucky University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree (BA) in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Kentucky, which they pursued from 1999 to 2003.
