Tom Neylon

Tom Neylon is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking, primarily focusing on privately held companies in the Chicago area. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at First Financial Bank since November 2024, Tom specializes in developing and maintaining business relationships through a consultative approach. Previous roles include SVP of Middle Market Banking at First Bank Chicago, VP of Commercial Services at Providence Bank & Trust, and Director of C&I Banking at Countryside Bank - IL, among others.
