Brian Bagniefski has extensive experience in operations and hospitality, currently serving as Principal and Vice President of Operations at First Finish, Inc. since June 2005, specializing in fast-track turnkey renovations for hospitality and commercial projects. Prior to this role, Bagniefski was the Executive Chef at Madison Concourse Hotel from 1987 to 2001, where a passion for food and customer interaction flourished. Bagniefski began a career in service with a three-year tour of duty in the US Army as Company Armorer from 1981 to 1984, following education at Central High School in La Crosse, WI, from 1978 to 1981.
