Nicole Barber

Nicole Barber has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Nicole started their career as an intern at Nevada State Bank, where they assisted underwriters in various tasks. Nicole then worked as a Small Business Analyst, responsible for monitoring and updating covenant tracking reports and assisting loan officers. Later, they became an SBA Loan Resource Officer, processing new loan requests and finding solutions for customers.

Nicole then joined Umpqua Bank as an AVP, Corporate Underwriter, where they reviewed new requests, analyzed financial statements, and monitored the existing portfolio. Currently, they are working at First Foundation Inc. as an AVP, Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager, managing existing clients, underwriting new deals, and assisting customers with their banking needs. In January 2022, they were promoted to VP, Corporate Banker at First Foundation Inc.

Nicole Barber completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, General at the same institution from 2017 to 2020.
