Shannon McHargue has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. Shannon started their career at Farmington State Bank as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled various tasks such as cash drawer management and processing customer transactions. Shannon successfully implemented Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) as a new product for the bank.

Shannon then worked at Bank of Whitman as a Mainframe Operations Manager and Internet Banking Manager. In this role, they were involved in project management within the eservices and mainframe/proof operations department. Shannon played a key role in the successful implementation of a new online banking product suite for the bank.

Shannon later joined Columbia Bank as a System Administrator, providing technical support for a 4 billion dollar bank. Shannon was responsible for software upgrades, project deployment, and resolving hardware/software issues. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of a Business Systems Analyst, specializing in core banking systems and applications. Shannon worked on core and application conversions during mergers and acquisitions, while also focusing on efficiencies and automation.

Currently, Shannon is employed at First Foundation Inc. as the VP, Core Delivery Manager. Shannon is responsible for overseeing core delivery operations and managing the core business systems. Shannon'sexpertise in this field contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

Shannon McHargue obtained a Certificate in Occupational Business from the Community Colleges of Spokane in 2007.
