Gregoria Serretta Fiorentino

Gregoria Serretta Fiorentino has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as State Vice President and Chapter President/Founder of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL). In 2017, they became the CEO and Founder of The National Financial Literacy Initiative and also served as Chief Financial Officer at GItalia. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Business Analyst at EFG Bank. In 2019, Gregoria took on the role of Head of Operations at First Generation Investors and became the President of Wharton Europe and Applied Management Consultant at Wharton Management Club. In 2020, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and also worked as a Summer Business Analyst at Banca Intesa. Finally, in the same year, Gregoria became the President of Wharton Retail Consulting, where they consult for sustainability and social impact focused retail startups.

Gregoria Serretta Fiorentino began their education at The Hotchkiss School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2023, earning a B.A. in International Studies. Simultaneously, they also studied at The Wharton School and completed their B.S. in Economics during the same time period. Alongside their academic pursuits, Gregoria obtained certifications such as the 2016 NSLC in Business and Entrepreneurship, the 2017 FTE Economics for Leaders, the 2018 Wharton Leadership in the Business World, and became a member of The National Society of High School Scholars.
