Cari-Ann Mui

Cari-Ann Mui has a diverse work experience in the financial and travel industries. Cari-Ann started their career at American Express in 1999 as a Strategic Planning Manager, overseeing sales strategy and finance. Cari-Ann later became a Senior Manager in the Global Client Group, focusing on client management strategy, productivity optimization, and CRM system design. In 2011, they joined American Express Global Business Travel as a Senior Manager in Global Operations and Shared Services, where they led various initiatives to advance corporate strategy and improve customer experience. Currently, they serve as Vice President and CRM Manager at First Hawaiian Bank.

Cari-Ann Mui holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Georgetown University. Cari-Ann also attended Punahou School. In addition, Cari-Ann Mui has a CPA (Non-Practicing) certification.
