Eric Rice

Eric Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, including finance, military, and security. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Treasury Management Servicing Manager at First Hawaiian Bank since September 2025, Eric previously held significant roles such as Senior Infantry Instructor in the Hawaii Army National Guard, where Eric implemented a Faculty Development Program that notably enhanced instructor certification rates. Eric's background includes managing teams and projects at Hawaiian Airlines, overseeing complex criminal investigations as a Deputy Sheriff for the State of Hawaii, and serving in the US Army as a Recon Team Leader and Personal Security Detail Team Leader. Eric holds a Master's degree in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Capella University, complemented by a certificate from Harvard Law School in Justice.
