Sherri Okinaga

Sherri Okinaga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Organizational Effectiveness Division Manager at First Hawaiian Bank since September 2015, Sherri oversees initiatives in change management and succession planning. Prior to this role, Sherri held positions including VP, Talent Development Manager at First Hawaiian Bank and Director of Customer Relations & Corporate Culture at Hawaiian Electric Company. Sherri's career also includes leadership roles at Academy 21, Insight Consulting & Training, and Iolani School, along with earlier positions at AT&T Wireless and IBM. Sherri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
