Todd Noia has a strong background in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial real estate lending. Todd started their career in 1981 at Wells Fargo Bank as a Loan Officer, where they completed the Corporate Credit Training Program. Todd then worked at Chase Manhattan Bank USA National Association as a Team Leader Vice President for ten years before joining First Interstate Bank as a Vice President. In 1996, they opened the LA CRE Office for Sanwa Bank California as their SVP Manager. Todd later joined Comerica Bank as an Executive Vice President, where they opened the Los Angeles CRE Office and achieved the highest level of profitability among all Comerica's CRE offices. Currently, Todd is the Director of Mainland Lending and Specialized Markets at First Hawaiian Bank, responsible for their CRE business development on the mainland and managing a $1 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
Todd Noia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCLA. Todd went on to pursue a Master's of Business Administration in Finance, Marketing Major with an Accounting Minor, also at UCLA, from 1978 to 1981.
