Banks Gatchel is an accomplished executive in the mortgage industry with a strong track record of leadership and operational management. Currently serving as President at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC since March 2021, Gatchel previously held the same title at Lenderworks from January 2019 to March 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President roles at Sandy Spring Bank, where responsibilities encompassed Mortgage Production Management and Mortgage Operations Management, and at George Mason Mortgage, where Gatchel successfully initiated a wholesale division and 203k lending program.
