Valerie Fulbright

Valerie Fulbright, SPHR, CPC, is an accomplished Senior Vice President and Community Engagement Officer at First Home Bank since May 2017, where responsibilities include strategizing community initiatives that align with the bank's goals. With a strong background in human resources, Valerie has held various leadership positions, such as Vice President of Human Resources at both WellCare Health Plans and GTE Financial, and served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Truman Medical Centers. Additionally, Valerie operates The Fulbright Method, providing business, career, and life coaching. An educator as well, Valerie has taught Global Organizational Behavior at the University of Tampa. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
