Raquel Hernandez

Raquel Hernandez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and global human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Specialist at the International Republican Institute since February 2021, Raquel has previously held roles as Global Talent Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator within the organization. Prior experience includes recruitment positions at Virginia Tire & Auto and a strategic HR role as an HR Career Advisor at Accenture.
