Jenna Fishel

SVP, Commercial Strategies at First Hospitality Group

As the Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategies, Jenna oversees the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management. She is instrumental in formulating strategies to grow the direct business, drive top-line revenue, and sustain profitability. Additionally, she creates and maintains strong brand relationships, participates in industry-leading events, and creates pipelines for revenue talent.

She works cohesively with First Hospitality’s regional sales team to assure they are in line with RFP strategies, marketing plans, and group strategies. Jenna is passionate about creating a Revenue Generation culture at First Hospitality and has a proven track record of success in exceeding owner expectations on new hotel launches as well as the growth of stabilized assets. She enjoys creating processes and tools that create collaboration with the property teams to maximize the ideal channel mix.

Jenna has been in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. She has been part of the First Hospitality team since 2004, starting her career as a Guest Service Representative at an Ann Arbor property. She has served in various roles for the company, which include Corporate Director of Revenue, Regional Director of Revenue, and General Manager. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
