Brad Johnson

Brad Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Custom Flooring Installer while also being self-employed. In 2008, they joined Minneapolis Marriott Southwest as an Engineer 2, specializing in repairs, maintenance, and equipment. During their time there, the engineering team received recognition for their outstanding performance in 2013.

In 2008, Brad also began working at Sage Hospitality as an Engineer II, responsible for creating preventive maintenance procedures, managing warranties, and overseeing contractors. Brad later became the Chief Engineer, leading the opening of a new luxury lifestyle brand hotel by Marriott.

In 2018, Brad joined InterContinental Hotels Group as the Director of Engineering before moving to Boxer Resorts as an Operations Supervisor and Roaming Manager. Brad then served as the Director of Engineering at Flik Hospitality Group and Chief Engineer at Regency Hotel Management before assuming the role of Director of Engineering at First Hospitality in 2022.
