Kurt Fitch

Kurt Fitch has a long and diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kurt started their career as a Chief Engineer at Residence Inn by Marriott in 1998 and worked there until 2006. Kurt then held the same position at Comfort Inn in 2006 and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Chief Engineer at Courtyard by Marriott. In 2011, Kurt joined DoubleTree by Hilton as a Chief Engineer for a year. Kurt then moved on to First Hospitality Group, Inc. in 2013 as a Chief Engineer and stayed there until 2019. During this time, they took up a role as the Chief Engineer at Atrium Hospitality from 2019 to 2020. Kurt's most recent position is as the Director of Engineering at Cottonwood Hotel, where they worked from 2020 to 2022. Currently, since 2023, Kurt Fitch is employed as a Chief Engineer at First Hospitality.
