Viki Zabala

Viki Zabala has a diverse and extensive work experience. Viki currently holds the position of SVP of Marketing at First Insight, Inc., where they utilize zero-party consumer data and AI technology to provide retailers with predictive insights for profitable growth. Prior to this, Viki worked as an Advisor on GTM Strategy & Board Member at UnExpected Marketing, where they partnered with organizations in various industries to develop marketing foundations and go-to-market strategies. Viki also served as an Advisor at Wenn.io and played a pivotal role as the SVP GTM Strategy, Marketing, & Strategic Partnerships at Monogoto, spearheading the company's marketing, business development, and partnerships initiatives.

Before their current roles, Viki served as the Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Product Officer at First Orion, where they oversaw the company's rebranding, vision, and product development across three solutions and two divisions. Viki joined Sirqul, Inc. as an advisor and later became the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Strategic Alliance Partnerships, driving the company's transition to an IoT and mobile solution platform. Viki was also the Chief Marketing Officer at MobPartner, leading worldwide marketing efforts and contributing to the company's acquisition by Cheetah Mobile.

In addition to these positions, Viki held the role of Vice President of Marketing & Head of Inside Sales/Business Development at Fiksu, a mobile ad tech platform, and Vice President of Marketing at JAZD Markets, a B2B SaaS advertising platform. Viki began their career as the Director of Marketing at Ipswitch, Inc.

Viki Zabala holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Viki graduated Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.64. Additionally, Viki has obtained a certification in Introduction to Generative AI from Google Cloud Skills Boost in June 2023.
