Ian Mooney-Salazar

Ian Mooney-Salazar is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Customer Service Representative at FIRST Insurance Funding since March 2018, Ian has developed skills in client relations and problem-solving. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at Frank's Forks from January 2017 to March 2018 and an internship at North River Commission, where responsibilities included outreach to landlords, event planning, and community research. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, earned between 2009 and 2015.
