Elad Kirson

Elad Kirson is a CISSP professional with extensive work experience in the field of information security. Elad has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

From 2003 to 2012, Elad worked at Comsec Information Security Ltd. as an Account Manager and Senior Information Security Consultant. In this role, they managed large accounts, handled projects related to PCI:DSS and PA:DSS compliance, and designed secure technological architectures.

In 2012, Elad started their own consulting firm, Elad Kirson IT Consulting and Project Manager. As an IT Security Professional and Senior Project Manager, they worked on specifications, requirements, and procedures for information security activities. Elad managed information security teams, handled RFPs and tenders, and oversaw the implementation of security systems.

In 2013, Elad joined the Israel Airport Authority as an Information Security Senior Project Manager. Elad managed projects related to information security and formulated IT security procedures and policies.

In 2015, Elad moved to the Bank of Israel where they worked in the Cyber Defense Unit, Banking Supervision Department. Elad worked on various aspects of cyber threat supervision and control, including guidance and permit handling. Elad also played a role in creating new cloud and cyber supply chain directives.

In 2018, Elad took on two additional roles. Elad became a Course Instructor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Music Producer at EOK Entrepreneurship & Projects.

Finally, in 2020, Elad joined the First International Bank of Israel as the Head of Cyber & IT Risk Management.

Throughout their career, Elad Kirson has demonstrated expertise in information security, risk management, and project management.

Elad Kirson, CISSP, has a diverse education history in the field of cybersecurity and project management. In 2018, they attended Harvard University and studied "Cybersrcurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age" under the auspices of HarvardX. In 2008, Elad obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². Prior to that, they attended CISSP in 2007 to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. In 2006, Elad attended Hi Tech and achieved a Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. Elad also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, earned from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2002 and 2005. In 2001, Elad completed a Java and Internet Programming course with honors from John Bryce.
