Valan Phommachanh is a licensed insurance agent with New York Life Insurance Company since December 2018. Concurrently, Valan serves as the Manager of Documentation Management and On-Site Retrieval at Health Data Vision, Inc. and has held the position of Production & Billing Manager at First Legal! since April 2005, where responsibilities include client relations, project management, and training. Valan began a career in security as a Security Officer at Lao-Hmong Security Agency from August 2004 to March 2005. Valan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from El Camino College.
