Christopher Ludorf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and construction loan analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Loan Analyst at First Merchants Corporation since August 2022, Christopher previously held the position of Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Level One Bank until its acquisition. Prior roles include Real Estate Transaction Manager at CHE Trinity Health, Special Loans and ORE Officer at Citizens Bank, and Commercial Construction Loan Administration Manager at Citizens Bank, among others. Christopher has successfully managed a diverse range of real estate portfolios and transactions, demonstrating strong skills in risk mitigation, portfolio analysis, and compliance within the healthcare and banking sectors. Christopher holds an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a BBA in Real Estate from Eastern Michigan University.
