Dave Decraene

Dave DeCraene is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and business development. Currently serving as National Sales Director and previously in various roles at First Merchants Corporation, Dave has demonstrated expertise in sponsor finance and commercial banking leadership. Prior experience at Wells Fargo included positions such as Portfolio Manager and Workout Officer, where Dave managed significant credit relationships, engaged in complex loan restructurings, and excelled in risk management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Management Studies from Indiana University South Bend, a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, a Wharton Leadership Certificate, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Hillsdale College.
