Jonathan Thornburg

Jonathan Thornburg has a diverse work experience. Jonathan worked at First Merchants Corporation from 2012 to the present, starting as a Credit Analyst specializing in complex credits and special assets. Jonathan then became a Regional Credit Manager, leading a team of credit analysts and focusing on customer service and training new analysts. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Chief Credit Officer. Prior to that, Jonathan held positions at Nerve Brands, Inc. as an Operations Manager, at the Center for Business and Economic Research at Ball State University as a Project Assistant, and at Hansen Fitness Equipment as a Market Research Intern. Jonathan also had experience as an Automotive Repair Technician at M C Auto Repair.

Jonathan Thornburg earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington in 2007. Jonathan then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 2011. In 2016, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018.
