Gretchen Hart has over 22 years of experience in the banking industry. Gretchen started their career at First Bank and Trust Company of Illinois in 2000 as a Credit Administration Officer. From there, they held various roles at Associated Bank, LaSalle Bank, and Bank of America before joining First Midwest Bank in 2015. At First Midwest Bank, they served as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and then became Senior Vice President at the division of Old National Bank. In 2022, they took on the role of Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets at Old National Bank. Throughout their career, Gretchen has focused on loan syndications, real estate managed assets, and commercial real estate financing.

Gretchen Hart earned a BA in Economics from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1996. Gretchen then pursued further study in Economics at the University of South Carolina from 1997 to 1999.
