Gray Jessiman

Gray Jessiman is a health coach at First Mile Care, specializing in working with individuals diagnosed with prediabetes since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gray has been the business owner of Eat Well Age Well Nutrition since July 2011. Additional experience includes key educational positions such as Director of Enrollment at The Grosse Pointe Academy and Director of Early Childhood and Admissions at Evergreen Country Day School. Gray has also held roles as Nutrition Manager at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and Early Childhood Director at Dexter Southfield School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
