Richard Grinter CMgr MCMI currently serves as Programme Manager at First Mile since January 2023. Previously, Richard had a significant tenure at BMJ from August 2010 to February 2023, where roles included Head of Cyber Security and Transformation Delivery and Technical Project Manager. Richard's project management experience began at Age UK (August 2008 - August 2010) and spanned various companies including Ten Alps Digital, Lehman Brothers, and Saltmine. Richard's early career included web management and freelance web development roles. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Staffordshire, a postgraduate diploma in the European Policy Process from Cardiff University, and A Levels in Psychology and Philosophy from West Thames College.
