Richard Huang

Richard Huang has over 12 years of experience in the finance industry. Richard is currently working as the Vice President of Corporate Development at First Mining Gold Corp. since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Equity Capital Markets at Scotiabank from June 2018 to March 2020. Richard also served as Vice President of Investment Banking at National Bank of Canada for nearly nine years, from December 2009 to May 2018. Richard started their career as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at Desjardins Capital Markets in June 2009 and later worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners from June 2008 to May 2009.

Richard Huang attended the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Distinction in Finance. In addition to their degree, Richard Huang also holds a REALTOR® certification from the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
