Indu Vinod has over 25 years of diverse experience in both educational and management roles. Currently serving as the Enterprise Decision Support Manager and Client Onboarding Manager at First Mortgage Services since April 2007, Indu Vinod oversees the onboarding of new clients and products while enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Contact Center Manager, leading multiple teams and managing extensive staff. Earlier career experience includes working as a Technical Officer at Accident Compensation Corporation and as a Senior Teacher of Chemistry at Birla Vidya Neketan, along with a Lecturer role at Hasanath College, where Indu Vinod focused on Chemistry education. Indu Vinod holds a Master's Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Rajasthan, completed between 1992 and 1997.
