Amy Davin

Amy Davin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive work experience in human resources, starting as a Recruiter at Cencor in 1991. Amy then moved on to Key Bank, where they held roles as Talent Acquisition Team Manager and HRRM from 1996 to 2006. Amy also worked at Westfield Group as an Assessment and Development Specialist from 2006 to 2008, and later as Employment Manager and Recruiting Manager from 2008 to 2009. Amy joined United Cerebral Palsy Association of Cleveland in 2017 as a Member of the Board of Directors. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at First Mutual Holding Co. since January 2022.

Amy Davin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio University in the period from 1986 to 1991. Amy also holds certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI obtained in July 2020, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM obtained in July 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2007.
