Michael S. Foutch

Mike joined First National Bank in 1984. Currently, he is responsible for all human resource efforts to develop and promote First National Bank of Omaha's high performance culture. He oversees the company's leadership and performance management, change management and employee communications, talent management and total rewards programs. Mike has served on various not-for-profit boards and currently serves on the boards of the Wellness Council of the Midlands, the Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN), Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands and Council Bluffs, and The Urban League of Nebraska.
