Dana Lechner

Dana Lechner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dana began their career in 1996 at Bank of America as a Senior Operations Representative, where they demonstrated a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. In 2000, they transitioned to St. Louis Community College as an Educational Assistant, providing valuable assistance to clients in their job search process. From 2001 to 2014, Dana worked at Holten Meat, Inc., taking on various roles such as Personnel Services Administrator, General Accounting Specialist, and Payroll Specialist. During this time, they displayed excellent organizational and administrative skills. In 2014, they joined Panera Bread as a Payroll Specialist, before moving on to Mears Group, Inc. in 2016, where they worked as a Payroll Processor. Dana's most recent position was at First National Bank of Waterloo as a Human Resources Generalist, starting in 2020. Throughout their career, they have consistently proven to be a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in their field.

Dana Lechner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from McKendree University, where they attended from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they studied at Southwestern Illinois College from 1991 to 1993, earning an Associate of Arts degree. Dana Lechner also holds a certification as a Certified Health Coach, which they obtained from the Health Coach Institute in October 2018.
