Joshua McConachie

Joshua McConachie has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joshua started their career at Pepsi MidAmerica, where they worked for 4 years and was promoted multiple times for their outstanding performance in retail sales and product marketing. Joshua then joined IKON Office Solutions as a Sales Representative, responsible for business-to-business sales of office equipment. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at Worldwide Express, where they focused on one-call selling of Airborne Express overnight mail service.

In 2001, Joshua joined Wachovia as a Financial Specialist, assisting personal and business customers with their financial services needs, ranging from retail banking to lending and investments. Joshua then transitioned to Commerce Bank, initially serving as a Banking Center Manager and later as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, providing financial solutions to customers and meeting their specific needs.

Joshua joined U.S. Bank in 2013 as a Private Banking Relationship Manager in the Private Client Group, delivering wealth management solutions and exclusive benefits to clients through a single point of contact. Joshua then moved to Midwest Regional Bank in 2016 as an SBA/USDA/Commercial Loan Officer, responsible for managing loan needs for small businesses.

Currently, Joshua McConachie is employed as a Senior Vice President at the First National Bank of Waterloo. In this role, they serve as a loan officer and works with both personal and business customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions. Their expertise includes offering a full range of commercial lending options to businesses, such as conventional business lending, commercial construction, and SBA and USDA loans. Additionally, they assist individuals with personal options like home mortgages, residential construction, and home improvement loans.

Joshua McConachie earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Joshua later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University, attending from 2007 to 2009.
