Anna Toye Phr

Anna Toye, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Anna started their career as an HR Intern at Iowa Workforce Development in 2003. In 2004, they joined First National Bank and Trust, initially serving as Vice President/Human Resources Manager and eventually being promoted to Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources in July 2019. Anna's expertise and leadership skills have allowed their to excel in managing and strategizing various aspects of human resources throughout their career.

Anna Toye, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Loras College from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Boylan Central Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their education, Anna Toye obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2008 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2015.
