Claire Langland-Johnson

Claire Langland-Johnson is the current Lease Administration Manager at First National Realty Partners. Claire has also worked as a Senior Analyst in Lease Administration at JLL from June 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Real Estate Coordinator at Winthrop & Weinstine. P.A. from March 2017 to November 2017.

In their role as a Senior Analyst in Lease Administration, they were responsible for editing and preparing documents and agreements including mortgages, security agreements, leases, promissory notes, subordination agreements, officer/secretary's certificates and loan agreements. Claire also managed lease and real estate document review and reporting for the acquisition of a fast food chain with over 300 locations.

As a Real Estate Coordinator, they were responsible for creating and maintaining closing checklists and other various real estate documents, preparing and filing UCCs, conducting UCC and other filing searches, recording and e-recording mortgages, leases, memos, etc. with various counties nation-wide, reviewing and finalizing client billings, maintaining client filings, providing quality customer service to clients and co-workers, providing administrative support such as arranging meetings and making travel arrangements, preparing shareholder attorney time sheets, and reviewing, sorting, and distributing daily mail on numerous client matters.

Claire Langland-Johnson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, with a focus in Project Management. Claire also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Walden University, with a focus in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.

Their manager is Dan Federspiel, VP of Operations. They work with Rick Zack - Asset Manager, Matt Joslyn - Asset Manager, and Matt Stiefeld - Asset Manager.
