Shane Fordham

Shane Fordham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the property restoration and commercial services industries. Currently serving as Regional Director for the Central and North Central Regions at First Onsite Property Restoration since February 2021, Shane has a robust background that includes positions as General Manager and Business Development Manager at ABM Industries from November 2000 to February 2021, as well as Vice President at Colorado Commercial Services between November 2015 and March 2018. Earlier in the career, Shane worked as an Account Representative at Thyssen Krupp Elevators from June 1998 to November 2000. Shane holds a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, attended from 1990 to 1994.
