Jayza Ayala

Jayza Ayala has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry, starting as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant at EPM in March 2019 and progressing to become a Mortgage Loan Processor and later a Loan Processing Assistant. Jayza then worked as an MLO Assistant at Quontic Bank before joining First Option Mortgage in July 2021 as a Processor & Business Development Director. In 2022, they took on the role of Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of NAHREP. Prior to their mortgage career, Jayza Ayala owned and managed Lola Restaurante & Gastrobar from May 2011 to May 2017.

Jayza Ayala attended Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Jayza also studied Corporate & Social Events Coordination with a specialization in Meeting and Event Planning at the same university. Additionally, they completed a program in the SAFE Act / Mortgage Loan Originator at Capstone Financial Institute.
