Victoria has over 9 years’ experience working within an operational role in the recruitment industry. During her time she has gained a wealth of transferable skills, has extensive knowledge of creating and implementing the process as well as maintaining candidate and client relationships.

Victoria is based in the London HQ where she is the Group Operations Manager.
