Stacey White Hccp

Stacey White, HCCP, is an experienced asset manager with a strong background in portfolio management across various residential communities. Currently serving at First Pointe Management Group since December 2012, Stacey oversees a portfolio of seven communities in the Sacramento and Bay Area, focusing on budget implementation, asset preservation, staff supervision, and marketing strategies to enhance net operating income (NOI). Prior experience includes roles at ConAm Management as a regional portfolio manager, managing nine properties across multiple cities, and positions at Riverstone Residential Group, Stratus Real Estate, and Mayer Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive portfolios, budget control, and overseeing both conventional and subsidized residential communities. Stacey earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
