Jade Markstrom

Jade Markstrom currently serves as a System Administrator at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard, managing Exchange Online and On-Prem mailboxes while assisting in the migration to Cloud Exchange and overseeing access to shared files and security groups. Previously, Jade held the position of Network & Systems Administrator at Children's Home Society of South Dakota, where responsibilities included managing M365 environments, overseeing end user devices, diagnosing network issues, and administering user accounts. Earlier experience as a Help Desk Technician involved handling Identity and Access Management and providing technical support. Jade's technical foundation was further strengthened as Developer I at POET, where the design and development of a progressive web app were accomplished. Jade's career began in customer service roles at Hy-Vee, Inc. and Macy's. Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Sioux Falls.
