Anuja Mandore

Anuja Mandore is an experienced professional currently serving in the Group Commercial & Supply Chain at First Quantum Minerals since September 2023. Previous roles include Advisor at Hive Founders from April 2022 to December 2023, and various leadership positions at Amazon from September 2018 to December 2022, including Head of S&OP for Middle Europe and Senior Manager of UK First Mile Operations. Anuja founded and served as CEO of WE, focusing on operational efficiency in the $40B Indian wedding industry from October 2013 to June 2016, and held the position of VP Partnerships & Business Development at YourStory Media during the same period. Earlier career experience includes roles at Gap Inc. from February 2008 to May 2013, where responsibilities spanned category management and supply chain strategy. Anuja holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Currently, Anuja is pursuing the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines.
