Elizabeth Vasquez has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, with a strong focus on capital expenditures, asset management, and project finance. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at First Quantum Minerals since March 2021, Elizabeth supervises capital expenditures and enhances fixed asset management while supporting annual budget preparations. Prior experience includes various roles at Barrick Gold Pueblo Viejo from July 2010 to February 2021, such as Expansion Project Finance Superintendent and Cost and Planning Superintendent, where Elizabeth managed finance aspects of expansion projects, ensured compliance with international accounting standards, and led operational budget processes. Elizabeth's career began at Hanesbrands Inc. in material planning and inventory management. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Business from UASD Cursa Santiago and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica del Cibao.
